News From Both of My Etsy Shops

Hey my lovely readers! Hope you all are doing fabulous! Well, I just wanted to let you all know what's going on with my Etsy shops.

1st, I want to announce that my pattern shop will be closing. I've decided to close it and concentrate more on my other shop with my handmade items. All of the patterns have been marked more than 50% off. I will not be re-listing or listing anymore patterns. Once a pattern's time has expired that's it. My unsold patterns will be donated to a local thrift store for someone else to find! You can visit my shop, Patterns4All on Etsy for some GREAT deals. Check out Patterns4All on Etsy!

My main shop She's Chic Boutique on Etsy has some great new items. I've added some new switch plates that are covered in some awesome fabrics and there's something for everyone. Also, I have teamed up with daffodilhill on Etsy. She sales awesome fabrics and if you find something in her shop that you would like a switch plate in, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get working with you to create exactly what you want. Of course, if you find a fabric you like elsewhere on Etsy just convo me or email me directly at cms_36451@yahoo.com and I would love to work with you!

My Fab Find!

You all know that I love thrift stores. I really really do. I love the excitement of not knowing what you may find. Of course, thrift shopping has it's off days. You may not find anything, particularly at the end of the week. I would say Friday, Saturday, and Monday's are not good days to go unless it's early on a Friday. Usually, because these are the days that most people go and things are picked over. How ever, during the week is a great time to go. My mom and I decided to check out one of our local thrift stores today and I couldn't be happier with what I found! Here's my find below!

These beautiful green glass compotes are most likely from the 70's. They all have a scalloped rim with a tear drop pattern around the top. I still can't believe I found this set. Of course they were a little dirty, but nothing soap and water couldn't handle. But, what you may not believe is the price I paid for these! The largest one was $3, the medium one $2, and the smallest one was $1! I know, amazing.

Want one for yourself? Check out the Etsy shop of jshanghailil and LaRella who both have one available.

Vintage- Garnish With A Lemon or Lime

Lemons and limes and vintage! What a great combination. I've decided to redo my kitchen in a lemon and lime theme. I've already got the yellow walls, now I just need the decor to go along! So in celebration of my kitchen I've put together this awesome collection of vintage items that will have you thinking about lemons and limes! All are from Etsy, of course.

This little juicer is perfect for those who love vintage, depression glass, and saving energy. Instead of plugging up that electric juicer use this one instead. Unlike your electric juicer you will not want to hide this one in the cabinet for later. It's gorgeous! Display it! From the Etsy shop of OakleafHollowVintage.

This is a beautiful and hard to find complete set of sunny yellow pyrex bowls! This is a pyrex collectors dream! These bowls are beautiful and would be so great displayed on a vintage hutch in your kitchen or dining room! From the Etsy shop of sassboxclassics.

This beautiful vintage vase will add some charm to any room in your home. Place it on the kitchen counter with fresh daisies or in your living room on the mantle. Anywhere you decide to place it would be great. From the Etsy shop of nine20nine.

This 1907 lithograph would be so lovely framed and on disply in your home. This is such a great print of lemons and limes. I love how it features a whole lemon and lime and then a slice of each. Such great detail! From the Etsy shop of rainydayvintage.

Meow! These vintage glasses are the perfect mix of lemon and lime. They feature an great yellow from with coordinating green lenses. Don't you love the cats eye shape? These are so retro chic! From the Etsy shop of thewoolgatherer.

I really love these- a lot. These vintage lemon salt and pepper shakers will add a dose of lemon-y goodness to any kitchen! They'll have you wanting lemonade every day I'm sure! From the Etsy shop of PinkKittyCrafts.

Vintage jewelry lovers rejoice! This gorgeous vintage bakelite bangle is the perfect accessory for anyone. Pair it with jeans and a tee or a sunshiny yellow skirt like the one below. It's a such a statement piece! From the Etsy shop beatomicbeauty.

This trio of yellow condiment bowls by West Virginia Glass Company are so lovely. While they are great for collecting I would definitely use them for special events such as a summer barbecue. These are from the Etsy shop of EasyOnTheEyes.

Wow! These avocado green goblets are absolutely amazing! They have a beautiful octagon shape with lovely stems. From the Etsy shop of DecoDeli.

Ooh la la, senorita! This stunning yellow vintage skirt is perfect for any lovely lady. It features beautiful white lace that just makes the yellow pop! From the Etsy shop of Thrush.

Can you say lemonade? I'm sure if I owned this vintage lemon shaped pitcher I would never serve lemonade out of anything else! Unlike your plastic pitcher you will not want to toss this one in the cabinet for later. You will want to leave it on display for everyone to see! From the Etsy shop of ModishVintage.

As always, I hope you enjoyed this feature. These shops all have some great things to offer beyond what is shown here! Have a lemon-y bright day with a lime twist of course!
